At the end of last year, we were invited by a market research company to take part in a survey on the topic of “Is your company a digital champion?”

Companies can call themselves "Digital Champion 2024" if they are among the best in their respective industry in the course of a complex study. The study was conducted by the IMWF (Institute for Management and Economic Research) on behalf of DEUTSCHLAND TEST and FOCUS MONEY. Data on around 12,300 companies in Germany was analysed with regard to their digitalisation measures. The study is based on a two-stage model consisting of social listening (analysis of mentions and information on the internet) and an extensive questionnaire. The study period covered 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2023.

Heimbach took second place in the paper industry sector with 98.4 from 100 points.
