Polymertabelle

Our filter elements are made of a base weave (scrim) and needled batts on both sides. Besides, our product range is based on all fibres currently used for industrial filtration. The technical suitability of the fibres is strongly dependent on their chemical and physical properties. 

In the following table you find an overview of the needle felt products available from us. The figures reflect our long term experience in most industries.

** Continuous application temperature
The continuous application temperature is the temperature for more than 95% of the annual operation duration. The continuous temperature represents the average of the normal temperature variation in the process. The range between the upper and lower value does not exceed 4°K. Any temperature above the upper value is defined as peak temperature. 

*** Peak temperature
The peak temperature is every positive deviation from the continuous application temperature. The duration of the peak temperature encloses the whole process of increase and decrease. The peak temperature is specified in % of the operation time or in operation hours.
