This data protection declaration provides users with information about the type, scale and purpose of the collection and use of your data by the responsible body.

The legal framework for data protection is formed by the Federal Data Protection Law (BDSG) and the Tele Media Law (TMG).

Capture of general information

With every access to this offering information is captured automatically by us and/or the web space provider. This information, also referred to as server log files, is of a general nature and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn as to your person.

Involvement of third party services and content

From time to time our offering contains content, services and benefits from other providers. Use of Matomo (Piwik)

This website uses Piwik, an open source software collecting and storing data. This information serves marketing and optimisation purposes. To this end, Piwik creates user profiles from the data with a pseudonym. In order to be prepared for data blocking at any time it is necessary to hold the data in a lock file for control purposes. If there is no statutory archiving obligation you may demand the deletion of the data. Otherwise we will block the data if you so wish. Furthermore your have the right to lodge a complaint with a regulatory authority (Article 13 DS-GVO, paragraph (2)d).


Changes to our data protection declaration

In order to ensure that our data protection declaration always complies with current law we reserve the right to make changes at any time. This also applies in cases when, due to new or revised services, such as new service provisions, the data protection declaration needs to be adapted. Then the new data protection declaration will apply at your next visit to our web offering.
