| Take-over of Mondial Filter AB and CEFAB Filterservices AB in Sweden
Extension of activities in the filtration division is an important factor of growth strategy in the Heimbach Group. As of 31 March 2008, Heimbach Filtration GmbH has taken over majority in the Swedish companies Mondial Filter AB and CEFAB Filterservice AB.

| New Heimbach Group sales company for PMC in Scandinavia
Heimbach Group and its' representative Öfvergård AB have agreed, from 1st January 2008, to transfer the sales and service of Heimbachs'market leading range of PMC products to Heimbach Skandinavien AB, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Heimbach GmbH.

| Heimbach welcomes a new member in the Heimbach Group
On September 3rd, 2007 Heimbach took over 100 % of the shares of Marathon Belting Ltd., Rochdale Manchester, England. The company employs 71 people and had a turnover of approximately 8 Mio. € in 2006. Both buyer and seller have agreed confidentiality regarding the purchase price.
